1. The clamping is too tight. The workpiece often needs to be clamped with auxiliary tools during precision machining to avoid the vibration of the workpiece during machining, but sometimes the workpiece is deformed due to excessive pressure due to the improper selection of the clamping point position. Therefore, when we clamp again, the clamping point should be selected according to the position of the support point of the workpiece. At this time, the clamping force should be adjusted according to the position of the clamping point, and the contact area between the clamp and the workpiece should be increased as much as possible.
2. Tool cutting. Due to the lack of rigidity of the workpiece or the tool, it is affected by the cutting force, causing the workpiece to be deformed by the thickness of the upper part and the lower part, which is called the phenomenon of letting the tool. The way to deal with this phenomenon is to improve the sharpness of the tool blade and reduce the frictional resistance between the blade and the workpiece.
3. Material structure. Therefore, when designing and processing, we should pay attention to the influence of these factors on the workpiece pair to reduce the probability of deformation. Designers should pay attention to assuming the structure of the workpiece within a reasonable range, and also follow the relevant process in material selection.
